Shipping policy
Every Olive, Ivy & Co. journal is handmade, so how quickly your order ships depends on what you choose.
Processing times
Ready to Ship journals and accessories ship within 5 business days.
Custom (made to order) journals are handcrafted for you and ship within 10 to 14 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Orders with both Ready to Ship and custom items
If your order includes a custom journal, everything ships together once your custom piece is finished. If you'd like your Ready to Ship items sent ahead, just email us and we'll be glad to help.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a day to begin updating.
Holiday orders
To receive a custom journal before Christmas, please place your order by December 5. For Ready to Ship items, order by December 15 for the best chance of arrival before Christmas. Carriers are busy during the holidays, so delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears lost, let us know and we'll work with the carrier to find it.
